ABSOLUTELY! Product build up & natural oils can interfere with coloring and lightening services. Washing 12-24 hours before your service will help us provide consistent results.

Our salon is considered "by reservation only". Our stylists make their own schedule. But generally speaking the salon is open Tuesday through Friday 9am-6pm.

All new guests will need to complete our digital consultation form to request an appointment.

Appointments are confirmed one week in advance. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of your service. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance and no shows will result in a charge equal to the amount of your service.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to the appointment, we will not be able to accommodate your service.
Cancellations due to late arrival will result in a fee equal to 50% of the services booked.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform my standby guests of any availability, thus better serving everyone.
