2023
All of our commission stylists have the ability to earn based on the compensation plan below. Co-Stylists fall into this category as well.
COMPENSATION
+ 45% commission on all color, cut, texture & styling services
+ 50% commission on all extension services
+ Retail bonus structure
+ Bonus opportunities based on retention & revenue
+ Annual education bonus
Co-Stylists will be provided onboarding & educational training program to set them up for success. Once you have finished training, there is unlimited earning potential!
